RoboDevelopment Conference and Exposition is a multifaceted educational forum and trade show dedicated to addressing the technical issues involved with the design and development of commercial robotic products. The RoboDevelopment Exposition Hall provides attendees with hands on access to the latest design and development solutions for producing mobile robotics and intelligent systems technology, while the RoboDevelopment keynotes and general sessions are specifically designed to impart to technical professionals with the information they need to develop the next generation of personal, service and mobile robots.

Media Registration Will Open in July
Press credentials are reserved for editorial members of the working press and analysts. Press registration is offered to members of the press with a direct or interactive beat, or those who write content for Web sites or e-newsletters, membership newsletters, and contributing writers to the same. Analysts requesting accreditation must be currently employed by a research or financial institution as either an industry analyst or financial analyst.

In order for us to process your request, you must email your name, title, publication or analyst firm, address, phone, and e-mail, along with the supporting documentation described below to . Upon approval, all media registrants will receive a confirmation of their status via e-mail.
Print Media: Provide a link to a current masthead clearly displaying your name and editorial title or an industry-related article written by you within the last six months. You can also fax a hard copy version if you don't have a website.
Online Media: Provide a copy of your online publication's home page and the masthead page with your name and title appearing in an editorial capacity or a bylined industry-related article written by you within the last six months. Unfortunately, personal Web site writers, editors or creators cannot be registered as media.
Freelance Writers: Submit a letter [on letterhead] from an editorial contact at a publication indicating that you are covering the tradeshow for that publication.
Staff Photographers: Provide a copy of your business card and an example of your work in an industry-related publication [e.g., a photo attributed to you].
Freelance Photographers and Photo Agencies: Submit a letter [on letterhead] from an editorial contact at the publication indicating that you are covering the tradeshow for that publication.
Broadcast Teams: Each member of the crew needs to register separately. Submit a letter from a producer [on letterhead] indicating that you are covering the tradeshow for that broadcast outlet. Broadcast programs not affiliated with a major network or national cable news station are also required to provide a published listing of the show's market[s] and airing schedule.
Industry Analysts: Provide a copy of a relevant research report or briefing published within the past 15 months that clearly displays your authorship.
