TO REGISTER
Media credentials are reserved for editorial members of the working press and analysts. Press registration is offered to members of the press with a direct or interactive beat, or those who write content for Web sites or e-newsletters, membership newsletters, and contributing writers to the same. Analysts requesting accreditation must be currently employed by a research or financial institution as either an industry analyst or financial analyst. You will be required to provide the following when requesting media credentials:
Print Media: Provide a link to a current masthead clearly displaying your name and editorial title or an industry-related article written by you within the last six months. You can also fax a hard copy version if you don't have a website.
Online Media: Provide a copy of your online publication's home page and the masthead page with your name and title appearing in an editorial capacity or a bylined industry-related article written by you within the last six months. Unfortunately, personal Web site writers, editors or creators cannot be registered as media.
Freelance Writers: Submit a letter [on letterhead] from an editorial contact at a publication indicating that you are covering the tradeshow for that publication.
Staff Photographers: Provide a copy of your business card and an example of your work in an industry-related publication [e.g., a photo attributed to you].
Freelance Photographers and Photo Agencies: Submit a letter [on letterhead] from an editorial contact at the publication indicating that you are covering the tradeshow for that publication.
Broadcast Teams: Each member of the crew needs to register separately. Submit a letter from a producer [on letterhead] indicating that you are covering the tradeshow for that broadcast outlet. Broadcast programs not affiliated with a major network or national cable news station are also required to provide a published listing of the show's market[s] and airing schedule.
Industry Analysts: Provide a copy of a relevant research report or briefing published within the past 15 months that clearly displays your authorship.
